采用0.3mm低铁损高导磁的冷轧取向优质硅钢材料,采用类似肺叶的分区设计,将屏蔽结构分为多个独立区域,每个区域针对特定磁场强度或频率进行优化。用多层屏蔽材料,以增强屏蔽效果。通过特殊几何形状(如弧形、肺叶结构)减少磁场边缘效应,提高屏蔽均匀性,在屏蔽结构中集成散热设计,防止线圈工作时产生的热量影响屏蔽性能。有效隔离外部磁场对内部设备(如MRI线圈)的干扰。防止设备产生的磁场对外部环境造成干扰。

Manufactured from high‑quality 0.3 mm cold‑rolled grain‑oriented silicon steel featuring low core loss and high magnetic permeability, the shield adopts a lobe‑like zoned design divided into multiple independent sections optimized for specific magnetic field intensity and frequency. Multi‑layer shielding materials are applied to enhance shielding performance. Special geometric configurations such as arc and lobe structures reduce magnetic edge effects and improve shielding uniformity. Integrated heat‑dissipation design prevents heat generated by coils from impairing shielding performance. It effectively isolates external magnetic interference to internal equipment (e.g. MRI coils) and avoids magnetic field disturbance from the equipment to the external environment.
